Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Rubicon Travels website and services, operated by Rubicon Travels from Treasure Suites and Conference, CBD, Abuja, Nigeria. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Our role

Rubicon Travels acts as a travel agent, arranging flights, accommodation, visa support, pilgrimage travel and related services on your behalf with third-party suppliers such as airlines, hotels and ground operators. Your contract for the underlying travel service is with the relevant supplier, subject to that supplier's own terms and conditions.

2. Quotes and bookings

Prices and availability quoted by our team are subject to change until a booking is confirmed and paid for. A booking is only confirmed once we issue a written confirmation and, where applicable, payment has been received in full.

3. Payments

Payment terms will be communicated at the time of quotation. Some suppliers require full payment at booking; others may allow installments, which we will confirm in writing.

4. Changes, cancellations and refunds

Changes and cancellations are subject to the fare rules and policies of the relevant airline, hotel or supplier, which may include non-refundable fares and change fees. See our Refund Policy for further detail.

5. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring your passport, visa and travel documents meet the requirements of your destination and any transit countries, and for arriving at check-in and departure points on time.

6. Limitation of liability

Rubicon Travels is not liable for acts, errors, omissions, delays or cancellations caused by airlines, hotels or other third-party suppliers, except where such liability cannot be excluded under Nigerian law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
